Element Technical Services is looking for full time Pump Operators within our Fluid Pumping division, covering Red Deer and Grande Prairie. Responsibilities include driving well services equipment, rigging operations, and performing maintenance checks. You will monitor well control parameters to optimize service delivery and maintain quality throughout job tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate specialized pumping equipment effectively
• Drive to and from job locations as required
• Perform pre- and post-job inspections
• Conduct routine maintenance and address equipment issues
• Prepare and blend chemicals for job functions

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Class 1 Driver’s License
• Certifications such as H2S Alive and First Aid are a plus
• Ability to pass necessary drug and fitness tests
• Available for extended work periods away from home
