Salary Range: The current daily rate for this casual TTOC position ranges from $328.97 to $504.92, with placement on the grid based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay).
Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.
Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.

School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay) is seeking BC-certified teachers to work as Teachers Teaching On Call in the communities of Elkford and Sparwood, starting September 8, 2026.
Teachers with formal training/experience in Learning Services at the Elementary level will be given special consideration.




Teachers with formal training/experience in Secondary Math/Science/Industrial Education/French and Learning Services will be given special consideration.
