In this permanent position, you'll spearhead initiatives designed to improve the efficiency of People & Culture services. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will convert complex business issues into actionable plans and track their success. Your bilingual capabilities in English and French are critical in engaging diverse teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement CI initiatives from concept to adoption
• Use operational data and feedback to identify improvement areas
• Conduct workshops to explore future-state options and solutions
• Create process documentation using BPM standards
• Establish KPIs related to service and operational performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or relevant experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in improvement roles
• Proficient in BPM practices and data analysis
• Robust skills in translating needs into effective processes
