Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Board policies and standards
• Report personnel updates to the Superintendent
• Lead innovative staff health and wellness initiatives
• Coordinate all recruitment and hiring processes

Requirements:
• Five or more years in an educational leadership role
• Advanced degree in education or HR
• Strong communication and mediation skills
• Experience in handling employee relations
