This role requires a detail-oriented mindset as you support key operational tasks in our Member Services team. As a Processing Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy of member and employment data, facilitate pension administration transactions, and communicate effectively with both members and partners. Your contributions will ensure efficient delivery of pension services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain member demographic and employment records
• Support pension-related transactions and compliance activities
• Investigate and resolve issues with inactive members
• Process incoming mail, documents,



and other materials promptly
• Compose professional correspondence to clarify documentation needs

Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in financial or pension services
• Post-secondary education related to business or finance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of pension systems is beneficial
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
