Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate IT fulfilment from request to delivery and financial close-out

• Monitor KPIs and project performance, escalating issues proactively
• Support project managers in planning and reporting activities

Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management
• Proficient in ERP and ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow
• Solid Excel skills and knowledge of financial processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, bilingualism is a plus
