Assisted Living Alberta needs an Occupational Therapist II to provide quality home care services in Vermilion. This role entails regular travel to provide crucial client support directly in their homes.

As an integral full time team member, you will facilitate occupational therapy services within a home care setting. You'll lead and supervise fellow clinicians, guiding them in making essential clinical decisions on patient care. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Alberta's legislative requirements and maintaining best practices for effective and efficient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of assigned services
• Evaluate clinical practices and advise on complex cases
• Supervise clinical training for students and staff




• Contribute to committee work for program representation
• Monitor care delivery and assist in staff feedback

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Active registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
• Demonstrate effective leadership in clinical decision-making
