Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate property acquisitions and compensation settlements
• Prepare valuation recommendations for property impacts
• Manage and dispose of surplus land
• Collaborate with engineering staff and legal services
• Prepare detailed property appraisal reports
Requirements:
• Valid G driver’s license or equivalent
• Experience in real estate and land management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with relevant laws and statutes
