H2Lab is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator at its Rouyn-Noranda facility to ensure efficient logistics operations. This on-site role requires strong supervisory skills and compliance management.

In your role as Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management of logistics department functions, including shipping, receiving, and staff training. Reporting to the Site Director, you will work closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure effective sample handling and fulfill client needs while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics activities related to receiving and shipping
• Oversee and train logistics staff for compliance and efficiency




• Manage departmental inventories and order fulfillment
• Foster continuous improvement and participate in quality initiatives
• Develop optimal sample collection routes and driver supervision

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant logistics experience
• Strong organizational and compliance skills required
• Attention to detail and result-oriented approach
• Must be fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Permanent in office position
