In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Winnipeg Terminal by supervising dock activities alongside the Dock Foreman and covering for their absences. Your responsibilities include effectively planning delivery routes and assisting in the training of new hires to maintain our high service standards. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, starting at 11:00 AM.

• Manage loading, unloading, and cross-docking operations
