As a co-op student in our Toronto office, you will work on preparing pitch-books, conducting market analysis, and assisting in due diligence activities. Ideal candidates will be pursuing a business degree with an emphasis on finance or accounting. This position represents an excellent chance to grow your skills in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design pitch-books and presentations
• Conduct in-depth research on market and industry trends
• Compile lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets




• Assist in drafting Confidential Information Memorandums
• Conduct various financial analyses and participate in due diligence

Requirements:
• Enrolled in a post-secondary program focusing on finance or accounting
• Passionate about M&A; with strong analytical thinking
• Superior attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Effective at managing competing deadlines and priorities
