Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll supervise all aspects of our facility, enhancing client relationships while maintaining a safe and fun learning workplace. Drive team effectiveness through mentorship and operational oversight, ensuring all aquatic programs meet our established standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality control for aquatic programs
• Monitor and manage class schedules and staffing
• Foster relationships with clients and address concerns
• Conduct staff training for skill enhancement
• Ensure facility compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in aquatic settings
• Current lifeguard and safety certifications
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations
• Ability to work nights and weekends
