Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze bid specifications and construction documents
• Negotiate and collect bids from subcontractors
• Ensure timely communication of estimates and documentation
• Document actual costs versus estimates for projects
• Generate special reports on project trends and revenues

Requirements:
• Civil Engineering diploma or CET required
• At least 3 years of relevant road construction experience
• Proficient in computer applications
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Experience with Bid-2-Win system advantageous
