Skills and Responsibilities:

Technical Business Analyst, Cybersecurity Analysis & Requirements Management.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, application,



and operations teams to gatherand analyse technical and business requirements.

Translate cybersecurity and operational requirements into clear, actionabledocumentation and process flows.

Develop, review, and maintain technical and operational documentation,including Runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Playbooks, Process Flowsand Knowledge Base Articles.

Maintain document repositories and establish documentation governancepractices.

Work with technical teams to document end-to-end operational processes andworkflows.

Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), and securityoperational procedures documentation.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions withbusiness and technical stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between cybersecurity, operations, and project teams to ensurealignment of objectives and deliverables.

Ensure documentation and processes align with cybersecurity policies,regulatory requirements, and industry best practi ces.
