You will be responsible for gathering requirements, performing data analysis with SQL, and supporting key performance indicators. Contribute to significant process improvements and documentation aligned with system workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and requirements lifecycle
• Query databases using SQL for data insights
• Promote change management among stakeholders




• Maintain robust training and process documentation
• Improve workflows and administrative processes

Requirements:
• Business degree with IS/technical project knowledge
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive SQL skills for data manipulation
• Proven communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Experience with cross-functional teams and tools like Jira
