Dasro is hiring an Experienced Communications Specialist for the SAP Plus Program in Calgary, AB. This bilingual role is key in delivering effective communications and stakeholder engagement.

As part of Dasro’s team, you will report to the Change Management and Communications Lead, focusing on shaping the communications strategy while managing the engagement plan. Your bilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred) will be valuable in communicating with diverse groups including field staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive approach to program communications
• Execute and monitor a 90-day strategic communication plan
• Create, edit, and ensure quality of communications across platforms




• Tailor messages for technical and frontline personnel
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders for communication success

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or similar
• Over 10 years of relevant communications experience
• Solid emphasis on frontline communication capabilities
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
