Key Responsibilities:
• Lead student support processes for Early Alert systems
• Analyze data to monitor student success indicators
• Connect learners to academic and financial resources




• Conduct case conferences with faculty and support teams
• Design mentoring and peer support initiatives

Requirements:
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• Three years of recent experience in student support
• Experienced in working with African Nova Scotian communities
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable in digital environments and using technology

Contribute to building pathways for underrepresented students in a supportive and inclusive setting.
