In this position, you'll lead drafting tasks while mentoring less experienced designers. Your responsibilities include conducting load calculations and collaborating with suppliers on equipment selection. Prepare schematic designs and construction documents adhering to Reinbold Design Standards, ensuring seamless integration with other engineering disciplines. Your day-to-day will involve active participation in project delivery and construction meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work independently on mechanical design projects
• Mentor and supervise junior designers




• Conduct load calculations and select mechanical equipment
• Prepare and review construction documents in AutoCAD or REVIT
• Assist with shop drawing reviews and RFI responses

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in HVAC and plumbing design
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering Technology or trades
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu
• Familiarity with construction management tools
