Take the lead in Indigenous relations with SaskPower as a Strategic Consultant, focusing on engagement strategies for nuclear energy initiatives in Saskatchewan. This full-time role calls for innovative thinking and strong community relations skills.
As part of SaskPower's management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational programs that incorporate First Nations and Métis engagement in planning processes. Your efforts will shape strategic initiatives and foster a collaborative setting, building productive relationships across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic consultation and creative solutions for operations
• Participate in cross-functional teams for project development
• Organize and present reports to stakeholders
• Drive organizational change through strategic initiatives
• Develop networks that enhance collaboration and efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years' experience in stakeholder relations
• IAP2 training is an asset
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Ability to manage complex issues with sensitivity
