In this role, you’ll collaborate on building application maps and managing both spatial and non-spatial data. Your work will directly support the Mining and Setting teams while you gain exposure to cutting-edge environmental regulations. You will have the chance to develop your abilities using various industry-standard GIS software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teams by digitizing and filing spatial data
• Review and maintain ecological GIS data
• Learn to create maps using ArcGIS and FME tools
• Build innovative GIS models for environmental projects
• Help streamline non-spatial data management tasks
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a GIS or related degree program
• Proficiency in ESRI software and spatial analysis
• Detail-oriented and able to handle competing tasks
• Previous experience with data collection in the field is helpful
• Familiarity with remote sensing and data processing is advantageous
