Lead and inspire student communities as a Neighbourhood Manager in the Student Services department. Ensure a supportive environment for students living in residence.
As a front-line leader under the Associate Director, you will manage a vibrant residence neighborhood and implement essential crisis response systems. Your role fosters a positive culture that promotes academic achievement and citizenship, with responsibilities spanning from conducting follow-ups to staff training. Flexibility to adapt shifts during academic terms and summer sessions is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a diverse residence community of students
• Provide front-line emergency response during evenings
• Implement student conduct and follow-up processes
• Hire, train,
and support student staff effectively
• Address facilities management issues promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Conflict Resolution or similar
• At least 4 years of qualified experience
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to accommodate shift work requirements
