This full time position supports the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program. As the Youth Engagement Coordinator, you will engage with the Youth Leadership Committee and manage the Difference Maker of the Year Awards. Required qualifications include a minimum of three years' experience in youth engagement, event planning, and relationship management. You will help expand the global Youth Leadership Network, providing mentorship and facilitating advocacy training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute the Difference Maker Award ceremonies




• Serve as contact for Youth Leadership Committee members
• Coordinate mentorship opportunities in youth advocacy
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce
• Collaborate in program optimization initiatives

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in program coordination or facilitation
• Proven experience working with youth
• Proficient in MS Office and meeting technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with disability inclusion practices
