In this in office role, you will join a caring team dedicated to providing high-quality personal and nursing care. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you'll foster relationships with residents, families, and other staff, ensuring their individual needs are met. Your expertise will include advanced clinical services and maintaining plans of care consistent with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in need
• Maintain accurate service plans and documentation
• Deliver advanced nursing skills such as Trach Care and IVs




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for resident advocacy
• Support clinical programs and quality of life initiatives

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Heart Save Level of CPR certification
• Current AIS certification
• Enthusiasm for the Village philosophy and values
• Ability to manage physical and emotional demands of nursing
