Adecco is currently hiring a full time Surgical Inventory Coordinator for our client in Mississauga, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting surgical inventory fulfillment activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating the shipment and return of surgical instruments and implant kits. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Pay Rate: $21.40/hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Inventory & Order Fulfillment
Fulfill surgical inventory requests accurately and within established timelines
Loan, receive, ship, issue, and monitor inventory using ERP and surgery management systems
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and replenished as required
Balance and restock surgical instrument and implant kits
Shipping & Receiving
Box, unbox, pack, unpack, label, and ship surgical kits and inventory
Prepare shipments using company-approved shipping systems and procedures
Receive and inspect returned surgical instruments and implant sets
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
Inventory Control & Quality Assurance
Conduct manual and system-based inventory verification processes
Inspect returned products and kits to ensure completeness and accuracy
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and investigate inventory-related issues
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper tracking and documentation
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales Support, Marketing, Field Offices, and other internal teams
Assist team members with fulfillment activities during high-volume periods
Provide support for inventory and operational initiatives as required
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, sales support, or a related field
Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software is considered an asset
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work collaboratively within a team
Experience in medical device, healthcare, surgical inventory, or logistics environments is considered an asset
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis
Comfortable using pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
