The Werklund School of Education is searching for a Tier II Canada Research Chair in School-Based Mental Health. This tenure-track position offers opportunities for an emerging scholar to facilitate team-oriented research focused on effective mental health practices within educational frameworks. You will enhance student wellbeing by investigating practical and equitable support systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research aligned with school mental health policies
• Mentor and supervise students engaged in research
• Develop multidisciplinary research collaborations




• Publish impactful findings in high-quality journals
• Engage with schools and communities for effective knowledge translation

Requirements:
• PhD in counselling or educational psychology
• Demonstrated research capacity and publication success
• Effective teaching experience at university level
• Proven ability to secure external research grants
• Less than 10 years of experience aligned with CRC guidelines

Enhance educational practices through focused research on mental health systems and support in schools.
