Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Wealth Management Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 Days/Week Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst Wealth Management with strong expertise in banking and financial services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements gathering, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, process analysis, UAT, and wealth management or brokerage platforms.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and technology teams Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and data mapping documents Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and production issue analysis Manage requirements traceability and ensure solutions meet business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements Use JIRA and Confluence for requirements, backlog, documentation, and project tracking Analyze data using SQL and support data validation and reporting activities Support implementation, release,
