In this role, you will ensure alignment, consistency, and disciplined execution across six strategic pillars while supporting leaders and project teams in achieving shared objectives.

You will have a direct impact on the organization''s transformation journey through your expertise in strategic execution, portfolio management, governance, and organizational change.

By providing visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes, you will help leaders make informed decisions and maximize the value of strategic initiatives.

Your role: Coordinate the execution and alignment of strategic priorities across the six pillars to ensure coherent and sequenced delivery of transformational initiatives.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and execution standards that support strategic objectives and accountability.

Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, overlaps, and implementation challenges while supporting mitigation and resolution strategies.

Guide and support pillar project managers in developing roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution approaches that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Monitor and communicate portfolio performance, benefits realization, progress, and key indicators through consolidated reporting and governance forums.

Mobilize and influence multidisciplinary stakeholders to foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and successful transformation delivery.

Your team: Within the Strategy and Transformation sector,



you will collaborate with project managers, executive sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders across multiple business sectors.

Your ability to build alignment and influence without direct authority will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our strategic ambitions.

Requirements: Hold a bachelor''s degree in a relevant discipline and significant experience in strategic execution, organizational transformation, portfolio management, or complex program management.

Demonstrate experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives within a matrix workplace involving multiple stakeholders and business partners.

Possess strong expertise in governance, strategic planning, performance management, and risk management.

Have experience applying continuous improvement principles, agile methodologies, or transformation frameworks to complex initiatives.

Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong execution discipline.

Show experience supporting executive decision-making and driving results across cross-functional teams.
