The Vice President of Logistics oversees all SSU operations related to inventory rentals and event logistics. This includes managing the inventory booking system, coordinating distribution and returns, and supervising the Assistant Vice President(s) of Logistics.

Time Commitment

Typically 5-10 hours per week, up to 15 hours per week in November/March

Term of Employment

August 2026 - April 2027

Main Responsibilities

Manage the SSU rental process from bookings to returns

Oversee dry cleaning, storage, and damage checks

Coordinate logistics for events

Track and manage deposits and inventory flow
