The Project Manager II is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned clinical trials, overseeing study initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. This role ensures studies are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with SOPs, GCP, regulatory requirements, and sponsor expectations. Acting as the primary sponsor contact, the Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages risks, resources, vendors, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring studies remain audit-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for sponsors and provide regular study updatesLead study planning and execution, including start-up, site activation, vendor coordination,



and project deliverablesOversee study budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and change ordersEnsure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and audit readinessMonitor recruitment, study progress, and risk mitigation strategiesLead and support cross-functional project teams and ensure project-specific training complianceRequirementsBSc in a clinical research-related field5+ years industry experience, including 3+ years managing Phase I–III clinical trialsExperience managing multi-site clinical trialsDermatology or rheumatology trial experience preferredStrong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, and Canadian regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsIdeal CandidateA proactive clinical research skilled seeking growth within a mid-sized CRO managing complex global, multi-site trials. #J-18808-Ljbffr
