MoveMobility has a new and exciting opportunity for you to utilize your passion for Sales. We are in search of a Business Development Representative who can help us with territory management, our Prospecting efforts and increase our pipeline. With a focus on Wheelchair Accessible, Medical Transportation providers.

Job Description: The Business Development Representative plays an important role in MoveMobility’s Sales Success, working in conjunction with our Sales Team to assist with prospecting efforts to organizations in the Markets that MoveMobility serves, increases awareness and develops relationships through telephone and email communications. Prospects to uncover new business leads. Effectively represents MoveMobility and the company vision. Qualifies prospects using company criteria, conducts follow up calls. Meets or exceeds company set KPI’s (opportunities handed off to CP team). Is responsible for the MoveMobility demo van schedules and coordinates all vehicle demonstrations with the Field Sales Consultants,



working with the Sales Team to ensure that all vehicle demonstration trips are robustly booked to achieve the ROI for each trip.

Business Development Duties

Through telephone outreach enhance or start the relationship process, and works in conjunction with Sales Team to prospect and uncover new business leads

Effectively communicating and representing MoveMobility and the company vision. When applicable books meetings, and product demonstrations to be conducted by Field Sales Consultants (on site) or personally (virtual.

Qualifying prospects using company criteria and sends out electronic information when required.

Reporting relevant industry information to Management.

Collaborating with Marketing & Sales Manager and Client Partners to determine areas of focus and create prospecting plans.

Records call notes, setting up current leads, and follow up calls in the company CRM.

Exceed or achieve monthly opportunities handoff target

Qualify prospects using company metrics

Input all customer interactions into CRM

Pipeline Management

Attends bi-weekly team meeting

Demo Vehicle Coordinator Duties

Works in conjunction with Sales Team to plan and execute product demonstrations

Books vans for each trip through demo van calendar

Works in conjunction with Sales Team to ensure that each demo trip has the appropriate number of appointments booked to achieve the ROI





Coordinates schedule with Field Sales Consultants

Requests additional bookings from Sales Team as required

Coordinates marketing collateral and promotional items for each trip

Main contact for Field Sales Consultant regarding appointment details

Books all routes through Salesforce

Ensures that all demo appointment contacts are added to appropriate Salesforce campaign

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Excellent active listening skills

CRM experience an asset

Must be available Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm

Ability to problem solve and overcome objections on the telephone

Demonstrate a courteous, polite, customer service approach

Strong computer skills

Highly adaptable and comfortable with change

Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm

High attention to detail and accuracy

Technical Skills and Knowledge – specialized skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform essential job functions

Ability to think strategically

High threshold for telephone rejection

Demonstrated telephone prospecting skills

Understanding of company product portfolio and MoveMobility Strategy

Understating target markets

Research skills to find new potential clients

Time managements skills

Education

Minimum High School Diploma

Relevant Work Experience:

Outreach experience preferable telephone cold calls

Data entry

Telephone sales

Scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
