THE ROLE: Our client is seeking an experienced Controller for a leadership opportunity within a complex, fast-paced organization undergoing significant transformation and restructuring.

This is a hands-on role for a finance qualified who can provide stability, manage competing priorities, and confidently oversee accounting operations in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and full-cycle accounting under ASPE.

Manage cash flow, forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank requisitions.

Lead year-end reporting, including financial statements, notes, and MD& A.

Oversee reconciliations and provide hands-on support with inventory accounting.

Support insurance-related financial analysis and documentation.

Mentor accounting staff and provide guidance to a lean finance team.

Partner with leadership and external advisors on financial matters.





Identify process improvements and support the adoption of AI-enabled tools.
