This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics skilled with experience in transportation operations, freight management, routing, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.

You will play a key role in ensuring efficient transportation services while supporting drivers, managing transportation records, and optimizing logistics processes.

Plan routes and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation operations.

Track shipments and monitor delivery progress to ensure service requirements are met.

Communicate with drivers, dispatch personnel, and management regarding schedules, delays, and operational updates.

Logistics & Documentation Process transportation and shipping documentation, including bills of lading and related freight records.

Ensure transportation records are accurate and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Monitor shipping activity and maintain transportation databases and reporting systems.





Support freight auditing and transportation invoice verification activities.

Driver & Fleet Support Review driver logbooks and transportation records for accuracy and compliance.

Support payroll administration related to driver hours and transportation activities.

Assist with transportation problem resolution and service recovery efforts.

Coordinate transportation resources to maximize efficiency and customer service levels.

Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare transportation and logistics reports using Excel and other reporting tools.

Analyze transportation performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Support the development and implementation of transportation procedures and best practices.

Collaborate with internal departments to improve transportation workflows and information sharing.

Financial & Administrative Support Process purchase orders, transportation-related invoices, and payment requests.

Support budget tracking and transportation cost management activities.

Assist with freight payables, receivables, and transportation cost analysis Qualifications and Skills: Experience in transportation, logistics,



freight coordination, dispatching, shipping, receiving, or supply chain operations.

Strong understanding of transportation industry regulations and logistics processes.

Experience processing shipping documentation, freight records, and transportation invoices.

Experience with freight auditing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.

Knowledge of Canadian transportation networks and distribution processes.

Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Understanding of EDI, API integrations, and transportation data flows is considered an asset.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and pivot tables.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
