Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries. Service billing. Assisting dispatch with work orders & scheduling.

Respond to customers via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong internal and external service. Work in collaboration with the technical team. Other administrative duties for various lines of business.

Assisting the Service Department with Shipping/Receiving tasks. Assisting and maintaining the billing and maintenance of our fleet program.

Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting. Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Since 1858, Wajax has been a leading industrial products and solutions provider continually innovating to serve Canadian industry coast-to-coast.
