Navius Research is a Vancouver-based consulting firm that conducts cutting-edge energy-economy modeling and policy analysis for high-profile clients across Canada. Our work plays a key role in informing the development of energy and climate policy. We are looking for an analyst with strong quantitative and analytical skills to help maintain, operate and improve our modeling tools and the data that underpin them.

Experience working with databases and large datasets would be particularly valuable. Work directly with senior staff to support the development, maintenance and operation of Navius' gTech computable general equilibrium and linear optimization models Help maintain and improve the datasets and databases that support Navius' modeling tools Support the communication of modeling results to clients through reports, presentations and other materials Experience with modeling, optimization, statistics and/or programming (e.g., GAMS, Python or R) would be particularly valuable.
