Role Description: Litigation Associate and Research Lawyer

Looking for junior and senior associates for either a litigation associate role that offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office presence in Edmonton, AB, with the flexibility of some remote work. The responsibilities include providing legal support across various practice areas,



conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in client consultations. The associate will work independently and collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal services to our diverse clientele on a wide variery of claims, including Construction, Shareholder Disputes, Product Liability, Injury, Abuse, and Skilled Negligence matters. 1650 Billable Hour requirement.

Currently looking for 1 Research Lawyer, 1 Junior Associate and 1 Senior Associate.

Qualification

Prior experience in Insurance Litigation;

- Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Writing legal documents
- Proficiency in Contract Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiation
- Knowledge of Litigation Processes, Dispute Resolution, and Negotiation Strategies
- Excellent Communication, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and meet deadlines
- Bar admission in Alberta
