Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you will be able to do: Define and implement the overall change management strategy of the cloud migration program

• Perform organizational, stakeholder and adoption risk impact analyses

• Develop strategies for communication, mobilization, training and support for users

• Advise sponsors, managers and project directors on change management approaches

• Establish indicators and mechanisms to measure adoption, organizational readiness and perks achieved

• Anticipate resistance to change and develop mitigation plans adapted to different user groups

• Facilitate workshops, communities of practice and multidisciplinary working groups

• Present strategic recommendations to governance committees and management





• Contribute to the evolution of change management practice and internal tools.

The profile you are looking for is as follows: Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in organizational communication, change management or organizational transformation; Experience in large-scale technology transformation programs; Master change management methodologies, including Prosci or equivalent methodology; Knowledge of the issues related to complex transformations involving multiple business units.
