Position: General Counsel

Type: Contract

Compensation: $90 - $200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises
- Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios
- Create evaluation frameworks to assess AI performance on contract tasks
- Collaborate with product and research teams on data guidelines
- Provide expert feedback to improve model performance and precision
- Negotiate contracts, focusing on technology transactions
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in written and verbal communication

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years in-house experience in technology transactions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong analytical capabilities and legal expertise necessary
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation in law and technology
- Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs preferred
- Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in rapid-paced settings
- Previous exposure to AI or legal tech is advantageous
