- Help customers navigate our websites
- Provide exceptional service, demonstrating attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism. Personalized training and onboarding to master our products and systems
- Presence in the office 2–3 days per week will be required during the training and onboarding period.
At the Montreal office located at 300 Léo‑Pariseau, just steps from Mount Royal Park
- Comfortable working with various computer tools and systems.
Day shift: Adaptable schedule of 37.5 hours/week, available 7 days a week, with potential shifts between 7 a.m. Recognized for your excellence in customer service. Minimum of one year of experience in a call center.
Experience in the travel industry is an asset. Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is considered an asset. *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
