Case Management Professional

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC (In-Person)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri)

Salary: $62,000 inclusive of bonuses.

What You’ll Do

As part of our case management team, you will handle client files and interact regularly with major North American regulatory bodies (courts, RCMP, Parole Board, U.S. Homeland Security, and Canadian immigration).

- Client Engagement: Conduct client interviews, handle telephone inquiries, and resolve matters efficiently.
- Case Administration: Prepare skilled correspondence and maintain accurate records within our proprietary CRM.
- Agency Liaison: Communicate accurately and professionally with government and law enforcement agencies.

What You Bring

- Experience: Prior administrative or related experience is required.
- Education:



Post-secondary education or training in Law, Criminology, or Legal Assistance is a strong asset.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; exceptional written and spoken English.
- Traits: Solid empathy, composure under pressure, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Eligibility: Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
