Your role focuses on creating inclusive and diverse programs that cater to the needs of children and their families. In this 20-hour weekly position, you will craft, implement, and supervise engaging recreational, social, and educational activities. Mentoring is key, as you will lead Activity Leaders while maintaining a safe and supportive workplace for all members. Building solid relationships with families is essential for effective communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage diverse children’s programming
- Ensure members’ health, safety, and well-being during activities
- Mentor Activity Leaders for program success
- Communicate openly with parents and families
- Drive Club vans to transport members if necessary Requirements:
- Childcare-related education or experience required
- Minimum one year relevant experience
- First Aid Certificate and Food Safe or willingness to obtain
- Age requirement of 19 years or older
- Complete Agency screening, including Criminal Record Check Help nurture young minds by leading innovative programs at BGC Okanagan.
