Aiinak (aiinak.com) is an AI-powered productivity platform that brings the tools teams use every day into one integrated setting. Instead of stitching together a dozen disconnected apps, teams get a single workspace where AI handles the routine work — so people can spend their time on the decisions that actually matter.

The platform is built and live. What we need now is someone to take it to market.

The role

We're looking for a co-founder to own go-to-market end to end. Not a first sales hire, not a growth advisor — a partner who takes full ownership of the commercial side of the company while I own product and engineering.

You'll define who we sell to and why they buy, set pricing and positioning, build the pipeline, and close the first customers yourself. From there, you'll turn what worked into a repeatable motion. As we raise, you'll co-lead investor conversations with me.

This is a build-from-zero role. There's no playbook to inherit and no team to delegate to.



You'll be the entire commercial function for a while.

What we're looking for

- You've sold B2B SaaS and personally closed deals — not managed a team that did
- You've taken a product to market early, ideally pre-product-market-fit
- You can go from cold outreach to signed contract without handoffs
- You're comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and disagreeing with a technical co-founder
- You're self-directed in a fully remote setup across time zones
- Experience with AI or productivity tools is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation Aiinak is pre-revenue and self-funded, so this role is equity only — there's no salary today, and I want to be direct about that rather than bury it.

This is a real founder stake: Equity, four-year vesting with a one-year cliff, documented in a founders' agreement before either of us commits. Once we close a funding round, we both go on payroll.
