We are building the go-to platform to champion women's sports, celebrate female athletes, and create a powerful community where stories, opportunities, and inspiration are shared.

Our mission is simple: To give women's sports the spotlight it deserves and empower the next generation of female athletes.

We have built the foundation - now we need a co-founder to help us take it to the next level.

THE OPPORTUNITYThis is not a traditional job. This is a chance to co-build a movement.

We are looking for a Co-Founder to join our founding team part time and help shape the vision, growth, and community of HerPlaybook.om from the ground up. You will be a true partner in strategy, decision-making, and execution.

YOUR ROLE AS CO-FOUNDERYou will work directly with the founder to:

- Shape the Vision & Strategy: Co-define the product roadmap, brand voice, and growth strategy
- Be the Voice of the Community: Represent HerPlaybook.om authentically within the women's sports ecosystem
- Drive Growth & Partnerships: Build relationships with athletes, teams, clubs, sponsors, and sports organizations
- Content & Community Building: Help create and curate inspiring content and grow our community of athletes and fans
- Fundraising & Operations: Support in early-stage outreach, pitching, and building operational foundations

WHO YOU ARE - OUR IDEAL CO-FOUNDERWe are ideally looking for a female athlete (current or former, at any level - professional, collegiate, or amateur) who truly gets it.

- Deeply passionate about women's sports and gender equality in sports
- You have lived the journey - you understand the challenges and triumphs of being a female athlete




- Entrepreneurial mindset: Self-driven, resilient, creative, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Strong network in the sports / fitness / wellness space is a big plus
- Skills in any one of these is a bonus: Marketing, Community Building, Social Media, Business Development, Partnerships, Content Creation, or Fundraising
- Available 10-15 hours per week and excited to grow into a larger role as we scale
- Based anywhere - remote friendly!
- Experienced in digital marketing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
