Conduct legal research and prepare Charter applications, motions, submissions, and trial materials Draft explicit and persuasive legal documents, including pleadings and written arguments Negotiate with Crown and Provincial Prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and provide strategic and timely legal advice Work collaboratively with other counsel and legal support staff Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario Minimum four (4) years of experience practicing criminal law Strong oral and written advocacy skills Job Type: Full-time, permanent Work Arrangement: in office, with flexibility #
