ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
Ensure customer satisfaction objectives are met
Follow up on dossiers, monitor schedules, issue reminders and obtain requested information in a timely manner in keeping with established time limits
Follow up with clients
Greet visitors
Maintain the different registers
Maintain the residence directory
Make appointments
Manage customer inquiries
Prepare rental activity reports and process renewal requests on demand
Produce required reports
Provide a high level of customer service
Rent out vacant apartments in the building
Update different administrative forms and documents
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ease in the use of computer tools
Bilingualism both oral and written
Good sense of interpersonal communication A good working knowledge of sales techniques A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
Experience in sales
High availability, evenings and weekends
