Program (HLRP) HLRP is a highly selective opportunity intended for leaders who have demonstrated the capability, aspiration, and potential to assume significantly broader leadership responsibility and who are committed to building leadership capability beyond their current expertise.



Executive influence and stakeholder management Talent strategy and succession planning Bachelor’s degree required ~Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change ~ Willingness to travel to support rotational assignments ~ Strategic planning and business transformation experience MBA or advanced degree Participants are expected to actively engage in all aspects of the Holman Leadership Rotation Program, including rotational assignments, leadership development experiences, mentoring, and cohort learning.

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $178,340.00 - $276,425.00 CAD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
