Responsibilities

- Must be very familiar with Ontario curriculum in English and French for High school.

- Bachelor Degree is required

- Fluency in English

- Have a good patient to teach students
- strong communication skills and have good customer service

- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s learning style and academic requirements

- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies accordingly

- Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill development

- Foster a positive and encouraging learning workplace that promotes confidence and motivation

- Utilize classroom experience and teaching techniques to enhance understanding of complex concepts

- Incorporate computer skills and educational technology into tutoring sessions when appropriate

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding student progress and needs

- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance

Experience

- Proven experience in teaching French at various levels,



including beginner to advanced proficiency.

- Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to different age groups and learning objectives.

- Familiarity with classroom management techniques that promote engagement and discipline.

- Experience working with children or students with special education needs is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of literacy education principles and early childhood education best practices.
