Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests’ dining experience through exceptional service, attentiveness, and a positive attitude.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed to support smooth operations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly




- Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, billing, and inventory purposes
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory
- Capable of standing, walking, and moving comfortably for extended periods during shifts
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction
