Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, giving change, and balancing the register at shift end
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and workstations in compliance with food safety regulations




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash registers
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in a food industry setting
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
