Role Description The Franchise Owner – JDI Cleaning Services is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Windsor Metropolitan Area, responsible for building and managing a successful local commercial cleaning franchise. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with JDI standards and safety protocols at client sites.

The Franchise

Owner leads and trains cleaning teams, manages scheduling and staffing, and supports recruitment to meet business needs. This role also includes developing recent client relationships through local sales activities, networking, and responding to inquiries,



while nurturing long-term customer partnerships through attentive service and problem-solving.

Franchise

Owners collaborate closely with JDI head office for ongoing training, operational guidance, and marketing support to grow revenue and expand their territory.

Qualifications

- Franchising and small business management skills to operate, grow, and sustain a local franchise using established systems.
- Training and leadership abilities to onboard, coach, and motivate cleaning staff to maintain consistent service quality.
- Sales and local business development skills to prospect, present services, and secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
- Recruiting and workforce planning skills to source, hire, and retain reliable team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to respond to client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on health and safety standards.
- Comfort working on-site at client locations across the Greater Windsor Metropolitan Area, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Basic financial acumen to manage budgets, review performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between client facilities.
- Prior experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or service-based franchises is an asset but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
