Role Description The Global Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for executing product marketing strategies that support Pathway to Possible Consulting’s global growth. This role includes go-to-market planning and execution, defining positioning and messaging, and collaborating with product and consulting teams to ensure market fit. The manager will conduct market and competitive research,



analyze customer insights, and use these findings to inform marketing campaigns.

Day-to-day activities involve creating sales enablement materials, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing programs based on data. The role also requires close collaboration with team members and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Research skills, including customer insight gathering and competitive analysis.
- Solid customer focus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written English
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with marketing and analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across time zones.
- Experience in coaching, consulting, professional development, or related industries is beneficial.

This role is fully remote and is open to residents of Canada.
